Jewelry Journey: Lost & Found was a small-scale metal casting class taught by the knowledgeable Mary Hallam Pearse. Along with 19 other objects, including Safety 1st, several bread tabs, a cocktail umbrella, a twist tie ring, a lego, and a leaf, I cast this tiny boar I sculpted from wax.

I’m not sure what possessed me to sculpt this lil guy, but I’m glad I did. His tail curls such that it could be hung on a chain.
