Jewelry Journey: Lost & Found was a small-scale metal casting class taught by the knowledgeable Mary Hallam Pearse. Along with 19 other objects, including Safety 1st, several bread tabs, a cocktail umbrella, a twist tie ring, a leaf, and a tiny boar I sculpted from wax, I deemed this lego I found on the sidewalk worthy of perpetuity.

The once-blue Lego was already broken when I found it. A casting “failure” further distorted it, much to my pleasure.
